FLOWCHART:

1.screw made of iron(apt to rust) are applied in the regular magnetic switches(Reed) on the market(photo1), while screw made of stainless steel from JSUS to avoid rusty, more stable and better(photo2).


2.JSUS Electronics has come out latest magnetic contacts series, whose magnetic switch(Reed switch) used imports of special reed switch OKI-324 ,whose accuracy of magnetic switch & contact life are more than poor reed switches on the market. In production with sleeve insulation, upgrading product quality, eliminating false-signal, while regular magnetic contacts on the market uses poor reed switches, even without insulating tube, easy to appear  short-circuit phenomenon between the magnetic switch and housing, finally occurring in false-signal. 

3. All magnets from JSUS use "Neodymium iron boron” known as magnetic king in magnetic field, which belongs to the third generation of rare earth permanent magnetic materials, with the advantages of smallest volume, light weight and strong magnet, permanently stable magnetism, while “Ferrimagnet” is usually applied in the regular magnetic contacts on the market which belongs to non-metal magnetism material, easier to lose magnetism.



4. Sometimes “Ferrimagnet” is applied in the regular magnetic contacts on the market, but usually 1 magnet is applied during processing which will result in uneven magnetic force, so appearing false-signal lacking of magnetic force. while 2 magnets are applied from JSUS, to make magnetic force even on the magnetic contacts and to avoid false-signal.

5. Each magnet will be tested with a professional testing equipment from JSUS, eligible magnets are allowed to applied in the subsequent production,Magnetic standards are: 3000~3300 Gauss (magnetic strength units),to ensure its quality and stability. While regular magnetic standards in the magnetic contacts on the market are 2000Gauss or so.

 

6. During the production line, norm workflow & use of excellent iron pillar, its surface is to be polished, smooth body& fine work

7. Eligible iron pillar and “Neodymium iron boron”magnet are assembled into the housing,and then glue filling by filling device, and finally ventilation &drying.. every procedure is strictly executed, clean and orderly.

We choose qualified materials and component to manufacture our items, selective examination by using specialized equipment during process. Our factory test final products according to standard agreed by parties concerned. Our company often sends the engineer to factories for doing factory inspection during production or before delivery.
