五、Maintenance

1, check whether the detector measured solution flow is normal, whether the temperature meets the requirements of the instrument, check whether various pipelines leak.

2, check the instrument instructions and matching recorder instructions are consistent, found recorder ink or paper should be dealt with in time.

3, check the instrument indication, record, compared with the process index or manual analysis value is normal.

4, regular inspection, maintenance of pretreatment system and its components, detectors, converters, recorders and alarms.

5. When cleaning the detector, remove the electrode of the detector from the shell, soak the electrode and the shell together in 1%-2% concentration of hydrochloric acid solution (note that the terminal of the electrode can not be immersed), and then brush the electrode and the inner test of the shell, rinse it with distilled water or desalinated water several times after washing until the water is neutral, and then install the electrode in the shell and fix it.

六、Common issues and solutions

1. Sometimes the slip resistance inside the reading button is in poor contact, and the contact point can be wiped with clean silk cloth so that the contact can be good everywhere

2. When the conductivity meter fails in the low-voltage AC power supply, the indicator light and each filament are not bright. The inspection can be carried out in the order of power input, transformer primary, transformer secondary low voltage, etc.

3, the indicator action is not sensitive, then you can replace the amplifier tube and electric eye tube, if still not sensitive, you need to check the voltage and wiring of each pole.

七、Precautions

1, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the conductivity meter, if necessary, before the use of the instrument, the instrument is used to re-calibrate the electrode constant. At the same time, the constant calibration of the conductance electrode should be carried out regularly, and the electrode should be replaced in time if the error is large.

2, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the electrode should be washed twice in small 0.5μS/cm deionized water (or distilled water) before use, and then measured after washing with the tested sample.

3, the electrode plug holder to prevent moisture, so as not to cause unnecessary measurement errors.
